8 ounce can cream style corn
8 ounce can whole corn
1 stick melted margarine
8 ounce sour cream
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
2 large cans white shoe peg corn, drained
1 can green chili peppers (sweet) chopped

1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Pour corn, green chili peppers in baking dish. Add margarine and cream cheese. Cook approximately 10 minutes in microwave, stirring once or twice. Can also be cooked in conventional oven, approximately 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
1 large mild white onion, sliced
1 (12 ounce) can Mexican style whole kernel corn
Melt butter in skillet. Add onion; sprinkle with salt. Cover; cook over low heat 4-5 minutes, shaking skillet often. Add corn; mix. Heat uncovered 3-4 minutes or ‘til bubbling. Salt to taste. Makes 4 servings.
Dee Dee’s Pour and Dump Corn
1 can Mexican corn-drained
1 can white shoe peg corn-drained
1 can creamed corn
*** I sometimes add Some Green Chilis (small can drained) Xmas 2006
Xmas 2006 I added a few minced onion flakes on top
